This study involved a detailed & comprehensive look at the existing conditions and future trends of development along US HWY 21 (Statesville Road). The project scope included site inventory and analysis, topographic study, economic studies, diagrammatic land use plans, and correlating report document.

Description
The plan studied the pedestrian circulation and opportunities to create a greenway spine linking to arterial roads, commercial development, future high speed rail, roadway improvements, adjacent neighborhoods, and a middle school. The design team coordinated with the town planning department, as well as the local community to present the analysis and plans.
