Description
With a construction budget of approximately $3 million on a 5-acre site., the design encompassed a two-level clubhouse, 8 tennis courts (with expansion capability to 14 courts), swimming pool, parking areas, access drives, walkways and retaining wall.
CES Group's scope included grading, storm water management, erosion control, slope stabilization, and utilities in preparation of final construction plans and specifications.
