Dove House - Children's Advocacy Center
Project
The project involved site design and landscape design services for a new Children’s Advocacy Center, which serves child victims of sexual abuse in Iredell and Alexander Counties, North Carolina. The completed 6,400 square ft. building is situated on a 4-acre site.

Description
CES Group’s pro-bono work scope included design and preparation of construction plans for site layout geometrics, utility systems, grading, storm water management, erosion control, parking and access drives, as well as permitting through the city, county and multiple state agencies. Sustainable design practices were employed on the project, including rainwater collection for site irrigation. In addition, CES Group provided all landscape design services and design of the rear courtyard, while coordinating with local vendor donating materials and services.
