Judy Heleine, REM, Division Manager

As Manager of the Environmental Science Division, Judy Heleine draws upon more than 20 years of environmental consulting experience and her earlier work as an industrial chemist.  Her strong background in both field and laboratory techniques, coupled with detailed reporting and project management skills, have contributed to the successful completion of a wide range of site assessment, soil and ground water contaminant investigation and remediation, industrial decommissioning, and industrial compliance projects.
